A time-saving partner in the morning since it is prepared the night before and can be stored in the fridge. It will allow you to start the day with a satiating dish, and will prevent you from being hungry 2 hours later.
Bonus: it is the “best friend forever” of digestion thanks to oats. Ideal during pregnancy and breastfeeding. We deliver a recipe to you:
Ingredients for 1 person:
– 5 tablespoons of oatmeal
– 100ml of vegetable milk of your choice
– 3 tablespoons of vegetable yogurt (here we have chosen a mango yogurt)
– optional: 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup
– fruits: we chose bananas, pomegranates and poppy seeds
Pour the oatmeal with the milk and yogurt (and possibly honey or agave syrup if you want to sweeten it a little) in an airtight glass container. Close it and mix well, shaking everything.
Reserve overnight in the refrigerator. When ready to taste, add the fresh fruits and seeds! Treat yourself, and have a great day!
