Midwife and dietician-nutritionist

since 2012, Christelle Perrin-Fayolle has specialised in issues related to gestational diabetes and post-partum food rebalancing. She also gives prenatal and gynaecological consultations and prepares mothers for birth (hypnosis, sophrology, swimming pool).

Her expertise is reflected in the publication of her first book, written in collaboration with two other co-authors, Une alimentation saine pour mon bébé et moi, in which numerous tips and recipes accompany mothers during their pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Orane Beresford-Wood specialised in perinatal care following a nursing degree and the birth of her two children.

Her experience of parenthood has led to many questions and to her decision to further educate herself to support new parents. In this context, she supports and helps mothers with their breastfeeding. Curious and passionate, she is also president of the association 3 Petites graines Périnatalité, Parentalité et Pédagogie, semons le meilleur! and ambassador of VanillaMilk, a community platform around breastfeeding.

Marina Colombani is specialised in women’s health and perinatal care. She practices a caring approach to nutrition.
Trained in particular in breastfeeding, non-breastfeeding and child-led food diversification, she provides personalised support to young mothers after the birth of their child and offers them appropriate care and cuisine.

and passionate about physical and mental well-being, Emilie Fumet proposes a global vision of food that must above all be a source of balance, in accordance with the needs of each individual.

and mother of 2 young children, Emilie Galy accompanies people who wish to improve their health by using the natural techniques of naturopathy (diet, physical exercise, plants, stress management…). She also accompanies women on their way to motherhood: during conception to maximise fertility, during pregnancy to satisfy the needs of both mother and baby and to manage the little aches and pains of pregnancy in a natural way, and then after the birth by helping mothers to revitalise their bodies more quickly.

with 10 years experience, Elise Barraja first worked in a slimming centre and then set up her own practice 3 years ago.
She follows all types of treatment: weight loss, weight gain, pregnant women, children, teenagers… and guides patients towards a balanced diet, either face to face or remotely.

Amandine Bister

Amandine Bister has led workshops and provided dietary follow-up through consultations for women with gestational diabetes.
In addition to her career in nutrition, Amandine is a young mother. This new experience of motherhood has given rise to many questions, those known to all future mothers, in particular “What can and should I eat?
She now knows what specific nutrients women need during the different periods of motherhood, be it during pregnancy, breastfeeding and postpartum.
