Breakfast recipe – slice of wholemeal bread and homemade hazelnut spread: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Homemade hazelnut spread / For a jar, you will need: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
700 g toasted hazelnuts ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
700 gr toasted almonds ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 dried apricots ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
70 ml of vegetable milk ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 tablespoons of honey ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 tablespoons of pure cocoa powder (unsweetened) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend on medium-high speed. Increase the speed gradually. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Do not hesitate to stop your robot from time to time to collect the remains of almonds or hazelnuts deposited on the walls. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you want your spread to be more liquid, you can add a little vegetable milk.
