Filled with vitamin C, this fruit juice will help you assimilate folic acid.
For 2 people :
- 1 pineapple
- 3 oranges, peeled and cut into pieces
- 1 pink grapefruit, peeled, quartered
- The juice of a lemon
To prepare the pineapple, cut the base and the plume of the fruit. Holding the pineapple upright, peel it, taking care to remove any black tips and removing as little flesh as possible. Lay the pineapple on its side and cut it into pieces.
Put all the fruit and lemon juice in the bowl of a blender or blunder and blend until the mixture is smooth. Squeeze the juice through a colander. Serve well chilled.
