Chocolate-coconut chia pudding for 2 people: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Ingredients: ⠀⠀⠀
60 gr of chia seeds ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tablespoon of pure cocoa powder (unsweetened) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
500 ml of coconut milk ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 tablespoons of coconut sugar (or other unrefined sugar preferably) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 energy bar La Fabrique des Mamans
A few blueberries or other seasonal fruit for garnish ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

In a large airtight jar, pour chia seeds and coconut milk. Mix vigorously with a spoon before closing. Let sit in the fridge overnight for the chia seeds to absorb the coconut milk. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The next day when preparing, pour half of the plain chia pudding into a bowl, add the cocoa powder and sugar. Mix well. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For the dressing, first pour in the plain chia pudding, topped with a layer of chocolate chia and finish again with the plain chia pudding. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Tip, if the chia pudding is too compact, it’s too cold! Leave it at room temperature for at least 1 hour before serving. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
