How cute are these little blueberry muffins 💜? We imagined them for babies but we warn you: dads tend to eat everything. Here is the recipe for this treat for the whole family 👇🏽 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Blueberry muffins for babies from 10 months ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
110 g of flour or gluten-free flour if you have not yet introduced it in your child’s diet ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
½ zucchini ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
80 g frozen blueberries ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 eggs or 1 crushed banana if you have not yet introduced the egg in your child’s diet ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tbsp of almond butter ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
½ tbsp of baking powder ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
½ tbsp of apple cider vinegar ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 little coconut oil (for cooking) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Start by washing and finely grating the zucchini (with the skin on). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Preheat your oven to 180 ° C on rotating heat. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Then in a bowl, mix all the ingredients (except the blueberries), until you get a smooth paste without lumps. At the last moment, add the frozen blueberries and mix everything again. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Using a silicone brush, grease small silicone muffin cups with coconut oil. Pour the dough into it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Bake for 10 to 13 minutes, watching the cooking so that the outside is well browned. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Let cool well before offering it to your baby!
