To help you, we offer you a great energizing banana smoothie recipe to boost your immunity! Including oat milk (which stimulates lactation), and a cocktail of superfoods! Fresh pollen fights fatigue and anemia, it has a very important remineralizing effect after childbirth. Spirulina is rich in protein and iron, which will help you fight the risk of anemia. Note: it is not recommended for some people (with autoimmune diseases or phenylketonuria): talk to a doctor before consuming it. Spinach leaves are very high in folate, which will help you stay in shape, they are also loaded with calcium and magnesium.
Ingredients:
▪️ 200 ml oat milk
▪️ 1 handful of baby spinach leaves
▪️ 1 banana
▪️ 1 teaspoon of spirulina powder
▪️ ½ teaspoon of vanilla powder
▪️ 1 tablespoon of fresh (or frozen) pollen
▪️ 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
Place all these ingredients in your food processor except the pollen and mix everything for a while until you get a very smooth texture!
Pour into a tall glass, add the pollen topping and it’s ready!
